Shipping and Fees
Shipping fees are applied at checkout at £3.00 via Royal Mail. If your order is over £30 prior to the shipping costs being applied, then you will qualify for free shipping.
*All orders are subject to surcharges; your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout.
Delivery
You will receive an email to confirm dispatch of your item. Items are dispatched within 48 hours of your order and take approximately 3-5 working days for delivery.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for your delivery.
*Certain weather conditions and busier periods may slow the delivery of your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
It is very important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if something does arrive spoiled, or you don’t receive your full order, please let us know right away. Email info@dougiesdogtreats.co.uk or call 07769 168788 and we will work to rectify the issue, either with a replacement or refund. We will need your order number and name so we can look into our dispatch process.
Refunds and Cancellations
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, approximately 21 days after making your order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@dougiesdogtreats.co.uk.
Please note, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In which case, please wait to receive the order and then email us. We will need your order number and name so we can inform you of our returns process. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your item, excluding any original postage charges. Any postage costs incurred to return an item that has been incorrectly ordered is at the cost of the consumer.
